Bifana
Notre bifana authentique, recette de l'Algarve. Porc mijoté longuement à l'ail — jamais grillé. Ajoutez de la moutarde douce à votre goût !
Our authentic Portuguese bifana, Algarve recipe. Pork slow-cooked in garlic — never grilled. Top it yourself with mild mustard!

Steak minute juteux, délicatement assaisonné maison, nappé de notre sauce maison. Option aillée disponible !
Juicy minute steak, pan-seared and delicately seasoned in-house, topped with our sauce. Garlicky option available!
Chickana
Petits morceaux de poulet dans une sauce veloutée au paprika fumé et au curcuma, servis dans un pain frais.
Small chicken pieces in a velvety smoked-paprika and turmeric sauce, served in a fresh roll.
Gulosa
Création maison. Escalope d'aubergine fondante, pochée & enrobée d'une pâte légère, puis poêlée. Accompagnée de sa sauce à l'ail onctueuse (citron, ail, herbes & pickles).
Homemade creation. Meltingly tender aubergine escalope, poached & coated in a light batter, then pan-seared, with a potent garlic sauce (lemon, garlic, herbs & pickles).

Soja — Gulosa : tamari (sauce soja sans blé) dans le bouillon des aubergines. Gaufre végane : tamari et miso.
Poisson — Gaufre de Bacalhau : cabillaud.
Sulfites — Chouriço (vin).
Alcool — La sauce fromagère contient de l'alcool de cuisson.
